Working hands change how we approach a tattoo. If you're on equipment, in a barn or in the field most days, your forearms and hands take abrasion and sun that most placements never see, and a design has to be built for that — bolder lines, more contrast, and a realistic conversation about which placements will hold up. We'd rather tell you upfront that a delicate piece on your working hand will need touching up every couple of years than have you find out on your own.

Getting to the studio

33 Mile or 32 Mile east to Gratiot, then south — about twenty-five minutes. We're at 50185 Gratiot Ave, Chesterfield Township — about 17 miles and 25 minutes from Armada. Parking is directly in front of the door, and we're open seven days a week with walk-ins welcome.

I work outdoors with my hands. Where should I get tattooed?

Upper arm, chest, back and thigh all take far less abuse than hands, forearms and anywhere the sun hits daily. If you want visible work anyway, we'll build it bolder with higher contrast so it holds up, and be straight with you about the touch-up schedule.

Do you have evening appointments?

We're open until 9pm most weeknights and 10pm on Friday and Saturday, so late sessions after a day's work are entirely normal here. Sunday we're open 11am to 7pm. Call ahead for a long evening session so we can block the chair.
